Hi, if you talk about installing a card from an older device then the answer is no as the maps are linked to your device and not to your account. Therefore you'll have to buy each map again if you want to have it on another device. If you talk about purchasing a new map for your device via TT's webshop it is another matter. If you update your map that would also only be the Central Europe map. Now Central Europe is a map for itself with certain countries available. If you had the Europe map with more countries your update would be larger and wouldn't fit to your device.
So you would be offered map zones which would be called ' Europenorth, Europewest, Europeeast, Europesouth and Europecentral'.
Concluding from your descriptions I assume you only have a device with the Central Europe map preinstalled which offers 19 countries as far as I know. So if you'd like to have a map with more countries installed on your device you'll have to purchase another map like the Western Europe map or the Europe map.
